Last night Dave and I went to Twins game with friends and then stayed downtown. Grandma and Grandpa took the boys to their house for an overnight stay. Eli was squealing with delight when we showed up to take them home. I got lots of coudles and didn't get to put him down for a long time. So I started singing to him as I sat him up and down on my lap, "little Eli likes to go up and down, up and down" and repeated it over and over. I stopped singing to him mid chorus with "little Eli likes to go" and he finished singing the song for me, "up and down."
